Experience

At Nanyang Law, Sayeed is involved in preparing trademark registration applications, statements of use, extension requests, affidavits of use and incontestability, renewal applications, notices of opposition, cancellation petitions, and other papers. He also initiates foreign filings and corresponds with foreign trademark agents regarding trademark applications.

Apart from Intellectual Property, Sayeed also aids the Litigation team in all aspects ranging from the preparation for the filing of the lawsuit, pleadings, discovery, document review, correspondence, case management, conduct legal research and trial preparation.

Sayeed is able to work successfully both independently and collaboratively with others, and has the ability to use initiative in order to solve problems of legal nature and propose logical solutions. He carries out his work with utmost dedication and professionalism, giving consideration to every aspect.
