Experience

At Nanyang Law, Daniele is now mainly involved in the firm’s corporate and commercial practice. Her work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings, drafting and reviewing of corporate and commercial agreements, and conducting due diligence.

Daniele is also involved in the firm’s intellectual property practice by assisting in clearance searches, filing, prosecution and maintenance of trade marks.  Her work also includes drafting, reviewing of correspondences and documents, filing of renewals, applications, and monitoring of Intellectual Property files and deadlines.

She started her legal career at Nanyang Law where she was mainly involved in filing, prosecution and maintenance of trademarks and patents. She subsequently left to practice as an advocate and solicitor in one of the largest law firms in Malaysia for five years, where she was primarily involved in corporate and commercial transactions, capital markets work and real property transactions.

Daniele holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hull from the United Kingdom. She is also qualified as a Barrister-at-law, the Middle Temple, London and as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia.
