Intellectual Property and Technology Practice

Alice’s main area of practice is in Intellectual Property, in particular, Trade Marks. This includes conducting trade mark searches in Singapore; trade mark filing and trade mark prosecution work in Singapore and various jurisdictions throughout the region; monitoring and managing a large trade mark portfolios consisting of local and foreign clients. Apart from that, Alice handles registered design filings and registered design prosecution in Singapore.

• Prosecuting over 200 Trade Mark applications and Design Applications in Singapore and various jurisdiction in the region

• Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Studies (Marketing)
