Shubhangi Dhakane

At Nanyang Law, Shubhangi is involved with our Intellectual Property services in Singapore, India, and South East Asia. She assists in the preparation of patent specifications and other technical documents for our patent applications and patent prosecution. She also renders detailed administrative and technical support for our patent attorneys throughout the patent application process. Coming from a background in electrical and software engineering, she possesses a strong technical expertise in the fields of electronics, telecommunications, and database systems.

She is also a Registered Patent Agent in India, and has had prior experience in all aspects of the patent application process, including conducting patentability and prior art searches, preparing and drafting patent specifications, patent prosecution, and infringement analysis. Over the course of the past 5 years, Shubhangi has drafted more than a hundred patent applications in a wide variety of technological fields, such as software and embedded systems, communication technologies, fabrication of integrated circuits, and mechanical systems, among many others.
