TAY Yu Shan
Yu Shan is a Legal Associate at Nanyang Law. Her primary area of practice is in Intellectual Property (Trademark), where she handles searches, filing, prosecution and maintenance of trade marks in Singapore and worldwide. She assists in filing of renewals, applications, and monitoring of Intellectual Property files and deadlines. She also actively contributes in the firm’s corporate and commercial practice.
In addition to reviewing agreements, Yu Shan has experience with cases involving trusts and shareholder disputes. Prior to joining Nanyang Law, she served as a member of the Corporate Communications team in a homegrown scientific publishing company, while contributing to the social science and engineering teams’ KPI. She offers diverse skills and expertise to the firm which also make her especially adept in resolving her clients’ various needs.
