Dr Chua Chuen Yang

At Nanyang Law, Chuen Yang is involved in patent and trademark work, including drafting and reviewing of correspondences and documents related to Patent and Trademark, as well as monitoring of Intellectual Property files and deadlines. He is also responsible for coordinating communication between clients and various government departments. Chuen Yang has acquired years of experience in conducting patent searches and responding to office actions. He also has a strong foundation in Science, which enabled him to effectively identify and resolve complex issues that may arise from patent applications.

Chuen Yang holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biotechnology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology with First Class Honours from University Malaysia Sabah.
