Prior to joining Nanyang Law, she headed the overall operations of a leading firm in Bangkok, Thailand, where she handled registration and prosecution of trademarks in Thailand and other jurisdictions, and reviews and drafts IP-related agreements and other commercial contracts. Her abundant work experience of over a decade also allowed her to attain considerable IP experience, particularly in patents, trademarks and IP-related contracts. Knowledgeable in her field, Wipaphat has been invited to speak at many events regarding IP Law, organised by private and government sectors.
