Rachel Woo Yih Mun

At Nanyang Law, Rachel is actively involved in patent prosecution and providing legal advice to our client. She has experience in handling contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property work. Aside from Intellectual Property, she is sometimes involved in Corporate and the Litigation matters as well. Rachel works closely with client across various industries to monitor and manage their IP assets by advising on compliance, regulatory and brand strategy.

 

Prior to joining Nanyang Law, she has experience in advising clients with regards to their intellectual property rights in particular the enforcement, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts relating to franchising and licensing both locally and regionally. She was conducting research on various points of Singapore law in relation to publication.

Rachel holds a Bachelor Degree of Law from the University of Nottingham and is qualied as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
